Our Buffet usually includes our disposable chafing dishes and sterno which our staff will set up so that the food will be ready to serve to your guests (this set-up time is included in our services). We also utilize paper/styrofoam plates, eco cups and plastic utensils as our standard, if you so choose, you may upgrade to plastic plates and utensils, "Real-ware" plates and utensils and eco plates at an additional cost. We can also accommodate your need for servers, if desired. Additionally, linens, china, glassware, and silver chaffing dishes are available at an additional charge.
