Motha's Catering is a minority woman-owned small business venture located in the Fayetteville, NC area as a holding of The Harvest Group.

 

Currently, Motha's Catering operates as a to-go/delivery service. We offer hot lunch & dinner options on Tuesday's to both Sykes & AT&T both here in Fayetteville, NC. Our frozen-to-order dinner options are special order and delivered on Saturday afternoons along with our meal prep delivery lunch and dinner packaging options. In addition, Motha's will embark on our Motha's Pop-Up Cafe monthly at a location in the Fayetteville area and will also offer "A Taste of Motha's" food tasting events for some of our new recipe's.

 

Our specialty is organizing buffet-style lunch and dinner for business, wedding, and family oriented events. In addition, we also offer personal cook options as well to cater smaller more intimate dining occasions with families for special occasions and holidays. Lastly, we do have professional waitstaff available for exquisite sit down type events so that we may serve you and your guests.

 

Finally, we operate and use several kitchens and vendors in the Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Charlotte areas to be able to offer Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal and Kosher standard catering for our family who are Judaist/Hebraist and Islamic consumers and others who have specific dietary restrictions and needs.

 

OUR GOALS

We desire to build a community of people who are self-sustained, self-sufficient, and self-regenerated, as such our desire to help develop youth and young adults who are interested in the culinary industry by not only advocating on their behalf but by giving our time to P.O.S.I.T.I.V.E. | Rest & Restore Outreach - which is a youth and young-adult leadership development and entrepreneurship training program - in order to give young-adults an opportunity to own, invest in, and work within a business framework that eventually becomes their own. The initiatives that we plan to begin with this program are "Motha's Cafe" (which will be a small cafe where we will train and teach the culinary arts to at-risk young-adults); and, "Motha's on the Move" (which will be our initial food truck where those older young-adults may thrive and flourish).

 

It is the primary goal that Motha's will be a community oriented business that seeks to give back to the community and to help young leaders develop their minds and to expand their horizons to reach beyond what their situations dictate based upon their surroundings.

THE FOOD

Motha's Catering prides itself on delivering high quality cuisine that is both palatable, seasonably appropriate, and cost effective. Each of our menu's for private and corporate events are custom-tailored specifically with you in mind. It is not our goal to repeat menu's but instead to give each event its own specialized menu that speaks to the needs for those at that event.
