 Motha's Buttermilk Fried Chicken is the perfect comfort food as well as it being a Southern classic and staple food.

 

Our chicken is brined for two days in buttermilk and seasonings, then dregded in our seasoned flour and golden fried in peanut oil. Lastly, placed in an oven to finish the crunchetizing process and served with fixin's of your choice.
